🌌 Meditation Guide: "Embrace the Light"

Duration: 15–20 minutes

Space: A quiet, comfortable area (you may light a candle or incense)

Optional: Hold an obsidian or moonstone crystal


Steps:

  1. Focus on Your Breath: Inhale deeply through your nose, exhale softly through your mouth. Repeat for 5 rounds to clear your mind.

  2. Close Your Eyes and Visualize: Imagine the shadow left from the eclipse drifting away from your body like a dark mist.

  3. Invite the Light: Picture a soft golden light flowing into the center of your heart. With every breath, let it spread throughout your entire being.

  4. Set an Intention: Silently say, "I thank all that I release. I now choose renewal."

  5. Closing: Sit in silence for a few minutes before gently opening your eyes. Drink a glass of water to ground yourself.
